At Pinjaro Interiors, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Products
As many of our products are custom-made to your specifications, bespoke, made-to-measure, and customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
No Returns After 28 Days
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after 28 days from the date of delivery.
